Bob Hillstrom
Bob Hillstrom joined Shapco as an estimator in 1983. Since 1987, his role has been plant manager: overseeing job planning, scheduling, estimating, and purchasing — all while servicing his own clients. Before life at Shapco, he spent 6 years managing a printing plant in New Orleans and 8 years as a pressroom foreman for Honeywell. Bob was an active duty Marine and brings that discipline and integrity to Shapco on a daily basis. When not at work, Bob likes to ski and travel. He has raised two sons with his lovely wife Sarah.
